I happened to chance upon this while finding an answer to a question posed in the community.
In the Google Contacts page - https://contacts.google.com/, individual contacts can be selected by clicking on the circular profile icon to the left of the Contact's name
In the Google Contacts page - https://contacts.google.com/, individual contacts can be selected by clicking on the circular profile icon to the left of the Contact's name
The other option is to use the select All contacts at once by using the steps shown below.
But, what if we need to select a batch of contacts numbering about 50, or 100, or 200?
Selecting them one at a time is tedious, cumbersome and not to forget, time-consuming and this is where the following trick comes handy. Here are the three steps:
- Select the first of those contacts by clicking on the circular profile image. It is just the same as when you select a single contact.
- Now scroll down to the last contact.
- Finally, select the last contact by clicking on the circular profile image while holding down the Shift key. Doing a Shift+click will select all the contact entries in between the two checked contact entries.
